WebserverGIANT is owned and operated by WebIntellects, Inc., a California-based corporation servicing thousands of customers in over 70 countries world-wide. Realizing there was a large gap between the basic low-spec server offering that many providers now offer and the traditionally expensive managed solutions, WebIntellects launched WebserverGIANT to fill that void. WebserverGIANT exist to help businesses cut cost while they scale in size. Currently you see the market flooded with providers offering low-spec servers and high bandwidth. Of course these low- spec servers can not handle all available traffic, so the bandwidth included in the offering is wasted. WebserverGIANT counters this by offering Pentium-powered dedicated solutions that will easily handle a large volume of traffic. The end result is a powerful server with loads of bandwidth at an incredibly low price!

The WebserverGIANT toll-free support center, manned Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, provides customers with unlimited access to technical support representatives. After hours phone support is available for reboot request and server outage notifications.

Free Services and Software

Each WebserverGIANT Linux server comes with Red Hat Linux 7.3 running Ensim's WEBppliance 3.5 with unlimited domain support. WebserverGIANT uses ServerXchange driven WEBppliance, meaning all updates, security patches, and future upgrades will be includes free. We also install our own proprietary software called "24/7 SysAdmin". This software constantly monitors every aspect of your server and even has watchdog scripts that will restart services if they have stopped.
